TCS (Termite Control System) is a network of perforated HDPE pipes laid beneath and around the building before the slab is poured. Termiticide is pumped through the pipes to form a continuous treated soil barrier, and the network can be refilled later through surface nozzles.
At the pre-construction stage, before the slab or flooring is completed. The pipes are built into the structure, so they cannot be added afterwards without breaking the floor. Talk to us early in your project to plan the layout.
Typically every 5–7 years. Refilling is done through the same surface nozzles, so there is no need to break floors or dig.
The system works with termiticides approved by the CIB&RC (Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee). You can choose a different approved chemistry at a later refill without changing the pipe network.
The pipes conform to IS:17425, the Indian standard for anti-termite reticulation pipes. TermiCoil® is also approved by GGRC and SSNNL for government projects in Gujarat, and tender-ready documentation is available on request.
